BiG Project Conference (possible dates: any one day between Dec. 2015~Jan. 2016)

BiG is a project to sequence all the human beings on Earth (billions of people) with associated omics information.

To achieve the goal, we are taking stepwise approach as in 1,000, 10,000, 100,000 and 1,000,000 genome projects.

This conference is to discuss far and near future genomics issues (ultimate genome sequencing future and next 10 years future)

Sequencing many people

Biocomputing

Analysing many genomes fast

What Omics data? (multiomics)

Invitefd speakers:

Personal Genome Project (George Church)

Human Longevity (Craig Venter)

1k, 10k Genomis (Richard Durbin)
